Located in the inner South Canberra, Independent Constructions have seamlessly combined industrial aspects with luxury to create this modern residence.

The exquisite polished floor of Carrington Street residence was achieved by methodically polishing it several times. The Geostone ‘Cowra Quartz’ with off white cement was the perfect mix for this finely polished concrete floor. The outstanding result is a testament to the qaulity materials during construction.
